Because it says that one can lose a good amount of weight in three days, it has gained immense popularity over the years. These alternate or nick names for the diet make it evident that the diet is well accepted all over the world. They feel that it is ridiculous and that its effects will not last long enough and that the weight watcher will pile the weight back on in no time.
